Ali Shannon is the newest member of the JPRO team, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in AV distribution across New Zealand. With a strong background in consultation, business development, and system specification, Ali has supported a wide range of major projects, working closely with clients to deliver solutions that are practical, reliable, and fit for purpose.
In his role, Ali looks after business development nationwide and manages sales efforts across the Northern region. He works closely with dealers, consultants, and end‑users, providing support across project scoping, product selection, demonstrations, and technical advice to ensure every AV project is backed by the right solutions and expertise.
Ali is driven by building genuine relationships and helping partners succeed. He enjoys the challenge of matching the right products to each client’s specific needs and takes pride in translating complex technical concepts into clear, easy‑to‑understand outcomes. His collaborative approach and market insight support successful project delivery from initial engagement through to completion.
Outside of work, Ali enjoys spending time with his family, following football, playing guitar, and seeking out a good coffee. Long black with cream.
