If you’re looking to return or exchange your JPRO purchased product for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within within 14 days for live sound products and 6 weeks for installed AVC products from the date of JPRO invoice. You can return your product for an account credita different product, or a refund to your nominated bank account.


Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging otherwise a re-stocking fee of up to 20% will be charged
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Special Order Only will not only incur re-stocking fees but may also include shipping costs back to supplier – please talk to your JPRO representative

1.   Fill in our Request a Return form here

2.   Enter the product you wish to return or exchange from your order

3.   JPRO will email you a RA form generally same day, if after 2pm expect it the following morning

4.   Send all items back to us using the RA form provided with the RA clearly visible on the paperwork



Additional Information:

  • It generally takes 48 hours once the return is received back in our store, to process your return
  • You will need to take care of all freight charges
  • Please remember to send back all returns in the correct packaging otherwise a re-stocking fee will apply
  • ‘Special Order’ items can only be returned if the supplier agrees (re-stocking fees will apply) and all international shipping charges are paid for
