Plixus AE R Audio Engine with Recording and Dante

The Plixus AE R is a slim, 19″ rack mountable audio engine designed to provide all processing and signal handling required for a Plixus audio only conference system. It delivers full conference functionality without the need for a dedicated computer, making it suitable for permanent and mobile professional AV installations.

The unit features an integrated Dante™ audio interface and built in recording capabilities. Core controls are directly accessible on the front panel via a volume dial and a dedicated record button. By default, the system supports recording of the floor channel and up to three interpretation channels. With the optional Plixus recording license, recording capacity can be extended by four additional channels, enabling up to eight simultaneous recording channels.

One power supply is included as standard. An optional second power supply can be added to support systems with more than 40 units or to provide power redundancy for increased system resilience.
