The D-Cerno Network Extender is a device used to increase the number of ports available on the D-Cerno network and to create a redundant system design.

D-Cerno AE enables daisy-chain wiring over shielded CAT5e cables, supporting up to 50 units stand-alone and scaling up to 250 units with D-Cerno NEXT. Loop redundancy ensures the system keeps running even if a cable is disconnected.
