The Bettear B-RTX is a compact and versatile Auracast™ transceiver designed to deliver high-quality audio in environments where users may not have Auracast™-enabled devices. Fully compatible with B-CASTER Auracast™ transmitters, it functions primarily as a smart, intuitive receiver, allowing seamless integration into a wide range of applications.
Whether for visitors, tour guides or assistive listening systems, the B-RTX provides a reliable, low-latency audio experience, making it an accessible solution for venues aiming to support diverse audiences.
The Bettear B-RTX family also introduces advanced functionality for public and cultural venues, featuring NFC-based “attach to access” and “attach to play” capabilities for easy MP3 file streaming. This allows users to stream live audio (eg: as a tour guide), listen to broadcast content in Auracast™-enabled locations, or play MP3 files — whether broadcast or locally stored — that makes it ideal for museums, galleries and exhibitions.
In high-confidentiality environments such as courtrooms, the B-RTX can be paired with B-PASS to enable individually encrypted audio streams, ensuring secure, authorised access for each user.
