DELIVERY INFORMATION

At JPRO, we’re committed to delivering the best quality products with the back up and support you have come to expect from us. Once your order is received, we aim to dispatch it by the next working day.

Dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday except for Public Holidays.

Orders are shipped from our Auckland logistics warehouse, with most sent via NZ Couriers. Delivery is typically overnight by 9am for business addresses and by 5pm for residential, although rural and isolated areas may take longer.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 4 days, please contact us immediately at hello@jpro.co.nz or +64 9 275 8710 so we can follow up, as courier reporting timeframes are strict. You’ll be notified of any out-of-stock items and given the option of a credit if you prefer not to wait for backordered products.

If your package arrives damaged, let us know straight away so we can lodge a claim.
