Important, please note!

WE NO LONGER PROVIDE SERVICE OR SUPPORT FOR HARMAN PRODUCTS NOT SOLD IN NZ BY JPRO LTD THROUGH OUR DEALER NETWORK. To make sure you can receive full backup, spare parts and support, please ensure your Harman products are purchased through JPRO or an authorised JPRO dealer. If you are unsure please contact us and we can advise whether your product has been purchased through JPRO.


Booking a Service Job

Please contact JPRO for an RA Return Authorisation number, you will need to provide the following information to book your job in:

  • Make
  • Model
  • Serial Number
  • Description of Fault
  • Valid Proof of Purchase in New Zealand
