Return Authorisation

After your request is submitted you will be emailed an RA form with the JPRO return address and RA number clearly marked, please fix this to the carton. Any items returned with no RA will incur lengthy delays as all priority is given to returns that are logged into our RA system.


JPRO Return Policy :

  • RA requests Product Returns must be made within 14 days for live sound products and 6 weeks for installed audio products.
  • JPRO requires all returns to clearly have an RA number visible on the carton when being returned.
  • Only product supplied as new and returned as new with all packing packaging will not incur restocking fees.
  • Restocking fees range from 5-20% depending on damage or missing packaging.
  • Please note: Special Order Only products as outlined on our price list and website are not eligible for return unless authorised by management and will incur restocking fees.
